Dharma Talk at Denison University - “Meditation: Living on the Dot”

Our lives can feel so spread out. Stretched from the distant past into a far uncertain future...and that's only this week. Can't we just have a moment in the moment? And could that be every moment?

Using the foundational Buddhist meditation of shamata, or calm-abiding, we’ll explore how the simplicity of a meditation session can come along with you throughout your day, positively impacting your experience and everyone around you.

There will be a short introduction to Buddhist meditation, a chance to practice together, and time for questions.
