This event is presented for the Denison community at the Denison Museum

Many students feel torn between the excitement and possibility of their new home on the hill, and the familiarity and security of home. In keeping with the museum’s exhibit “Shift: Adapting with Change and Resilience,” Farrah Chrstos and Adam Berner will lead discussion and reflection on select pieces in the exhibit, interspersed with mindful practice. We will explore themes of sadness, adaptation, and belonging as they relate to our emotional well-being.
