Resilience and Resourcing on the Spiritual Path 1

In person only for Denison students, faculty, and staff at the Spiritual Life Center at Gilpatrick

Cultivating the ability to carefully lean into discomfort is an essential skill in our progress through life, whatever our spiritual path. But bare ambition to achieve can mask counterproductive tendencies, especially when we neglect to develop balancing factors such as compassion and a keen awareness of our own resources and vulnerabilities. In this three-part series, Lama Adam Berner, Farrah Chrstos, and special guests will lead an interfaith dialogue about practical means to increase resilience through discernment and compassion.

This series is presented in conjunction with the Denison Museum's fall exhibit, "Shift: Adapting With Change and Resilience". While each session will build on the previous session, we'll review what's come before at the beginning of each event, so join us at any time.
